Underground Fossils is run by Dimxsk and often by Trylemma, who is on a hip hop spiritual journey in the Himalayas and may not be back for a bit. Posts are every Friday, usually some quality old sh*t but sometimes promotional posts or "reviews". We do all we can to make sure we don't post stuff that (1) You can still reasonably buy from the artist directly, (2) You can reasonably buy secondhand for cheap, (3) You can download easily elsewhere, (4) The artist(s) asks us not to for any reason. Rips will include our own personal rips, old scene rips, and random web rips.

  2. Oh nice! I'm glad YOX finally dropped a full length. I've been big on them since the first EP but was afraid of a Jay electronica situation as I've been anticipating the album forever it seems.

The beats on that death dealer EP sound great in the car. Wish it was longer.

Claud six album is definitely top ten maybe top 5 album for me. Same with the all city jimmy. I think I've played "big lost" more than any other track in the past few months.

Surprised garbology isn't on here. It was kinda hit and miss for me tbh but has some great tracks "that is not a wizard" in particular. I felt like the beats didn't suit aes like they could've though. I was expecting the kind of chemistry they had on kiss the chef.

LORE is dope. I'm gonna try to come up with a top ten at some point lol. Cheers!

  3. That Ceschi album was seriously good. For a release of "throwaways" it ended up blowing me away.

    1. i'm a Ceschi fan but i just couldnt get into the new one..i like the way he mixes it up, but i'd really love to see him release a straight hip hop rap album, he has serious lyrical skill, and his singing well, it's so so..
